Statement of performance evaluation expectations for Library staff


University policy and collective bargaining agreements provide for periodic performance evaluations for all employees.

For Non-represented staff, the University has a coaching-style of review called Achieve Together. This process is comprised of three check-ins per year, check out their website for more information and training. Completed Achieve Together forms are stored in that system.

For Represented staff, the University uses a standardized performance evaluation form. The form can be located on this website: Performance Management Form. On this page, scroll to the Employee & Labor Relations Section and then the tab Performance Evaluations. Here you will find links to the forms and a helpful guide which includes information for members of various unions.  The employee receives a copy of the signed appraisal. Signed evaluations are retained in the employee's personnel file.
