The Classification/Reclassification Process
Job descriptions are classified through several processes, depending on the job title. The compensation department uses a Job Evaluation systematic process of evaluating the duties, responsibilities, scope, and complexity of a position description to determine the job title that most appropriately matches the job specifications and standards.
The Compensation Department is responsible for classifying all staff titles, including both non-represented and represented positions.
