This procedure covers evaluating and accepting a replacement copy of a UCB item from a user who is replacing an item that they have lost. Users who lose Automated Fulfillment Network (AFN) items should contact the owning UC library. Users who lose non-AFN (ILL) material should contact the Resource Sharing Division.

The "Circulation Stats by Fund Dashboard" displays the circulation data for physical collections that can be filtered and sorted by fund information. The dashboard is accessible to any library staff who has Designer Analytics role from the shared folder in Alma Analytics: /shared/University of California Berkeley 01UCS_BER/_portal/Circulation Statistics by Fund Dashboard. It is also available under "Shared with Me" via "My Analytics" to any library staff who has the following roles:
