Scope
This document provides a template for creating MARC21 Bibliographic collection-records in OCLC Connexion for Bancroft Library archival materials according to RDA and DACS. It also outlines the addition of local extensions, including the cataloger statistics field, and the creation of Holdings records for archival collections in Alma.

Alma local extension fields to be added after OCLC export
- Verify that the 856 field(s) exported to Alma; if they did not, copy/paste directly from OCLC (changing the subfield delimiter marks to $$).
- 955 and 97X fields must be added as Local Extensions (Ctrl-L) in the bibliographic record.
