- Reports
- Treasurer’s Report (L. Michaels) - Jesse shared the latest treasurer’s report at the Spring Assembly. In the new budget we’ll be asking for an increase in funds for candidate lunches and member events.
- Meeting with the UL (J. Barragán-Álvarez) - Jesse and José Adrián discussed with Jeff the letter about unrepresented librarians going off scale. They were told that this is allowed for non-represented librarians. Jeff will ask LHRD to share this information with all librarians. They let Jeff know that UCB was the only campus notified of the proposed APM 210 changes. Jeff informed them that reviews may not be completed by July 1.
- LAUC Statewide (J. Barragán-Álvarez) - A brief report on APM 210 changes will be made next month
- LIBR (J. Barragán-Álvarez) - This month’s meeting takes place tomorrow, so there is no report today.
- Continuing Business
- Feedback on the Spring Assembly - Susan asked about the timeline for the Librarians Values statement, which was discussed at the Assembly. We’ll be talking feedback through Friday, October 6 and the values statement will likely be discussed at the Fall Assembly. José Adrián and Susan will work on an anonymous form for collecting feedback.

- APM 210 Changes - I-Wei suggested that ExComm bring up with Jeff that CAPA and people under review will want to know how the revision will be implemented. Jesse should also discuss with LAUC Statewide that they should weigh in on implementation, in addition to addressing the lack of communication to campuses.
