The Collections Services Division (CSD) is one of the six Divisions in the Library. CSD consists of Acquisitions, Metadata Services, and Preservation.
Metadata Services (MdS) supports resource discovery and access by cataloging and physically processing library resources in all formats and languages (except Chinese, Japanese, and Korean) for the University (Main) Library and subject specialty libraries. The department also performs database maintenance to ensure accurate metadata.
