If the problem is replicable and not the result of user error, report it using one of the following avenues:
- Issues with electronic resources (e.g. e-resource not working, missing resources, incorrect links, proxy issues): eproblem-library@berkeley.edu
- Issues with a bibliographic record (typo, call number issue, etc.): Badcat
- Specific, replicable “bug” in the software (e.g. something in UC Library Search is broken, missing, or incorrect): helpbox-library@berkeley.edu
- If you would like to share a general idea to improve UC Library Search (e.g. an enhancement, a frustration, a comment, or a question about how something in UC Library Search works): Issues + Ideas Tracker
- Patrons may report issues or send comments UC Library Search Feedback Form.
